My name is Angela Suppers and I am the president of Allergy-Angel. I've had multiple food allergies to nuts, milk, eggs, mustard, and spinach since I was a baby. My family had a hard time finding safe food to eat and eventually began to cook most of our meals. When we felt adventurous, we ate dinner out at select restaurants.
As a teenager I developed a new allergy to soy. While attending college, I had to figure out how to prepare tasty nutritious meals as opposed to bland sustenance. Eventually I got the hang of eliminating allergens and I now enjoy eating gourmet food.
I started this company due to the lack of decent allergy safe food. I love to eat, however I do not enjoy cardboard flavored food. The tasty treats I have found are not always easy to locate. I still cook most of my food at home, though I do enjoy dining out every now and then. My favorite thing to make is dessert, especially donuts and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
It is my desire for Allergy-Angel to save everyone the hassle associated with food allergies by providing a surplus of allergy safe products. I look forward to hearing future stories and opinions from customers!
