There are quite a few allergy safe food items to pick from, but who knows where to buy them or when they will be in stock, and what about labels? Is the food safe to eat since the packaging contains an allergen warning? Is it safe when it says good manufacturing practices, and not safe when it says shared equipment?

Then when you're finally home and eagerly awaiting the new treat, you ecstatically tear open the box and take a bite only to discover, much to your dismay, the food tastes horrible.

Ah yes, we've all been there. Fortunately Allergy-Angel is here to help make life a little easier. Our company will be offering allergy friendly gourmet food and beauty products to those who may need a little extra help living with food and skin allergies.

For us, it all started growing up with food allergies to dairy, eggs, nuts, capers, mustard, and spinach. Life was hard for Angela, the founder of Allergy-Angel. Finding food in stores and restaurants proved to be increasingly difficult for her family, who in turn home cooked most of their meals. When special occasions arrived, her mother would make special frosted cupcakes for Angela so she never felt left out, though the allergies were still quite a burden. As a teenager, life grew even harder when she developed a new allergy to soy.

As a college student across the country, Angela found it nearly impossible to find food to eat. She rented an apartment to enable her to cook her own meals, however, at the time Angela hadn't the slightest idea how to prepare food! After years of learning how to cook, carrying an allergy card, recipe collecting, and encouragement from her family she realized, there must be an easier way!

We hope that our company will make life simpler and more enjoyable for everyone affected by food allergies. We are all in this together, so you can take a deep breath and relax. Things will be just fine. We hope to have everything up and running in the next few months. In the meantime, thank you for your patience!
